At the heart of our initiatives lies the Our Vision Sports Education Foundation, Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to uplifting youth through sports and education. Our mission is to provide assistance and support to student-athletes, offering scholarship opportunities and guidance to further their academic and athletic endeavors in college.
Our Story
Founded in 2015, Our Vision Sports Education Foundation, Inc. (OVSEF) was established by Andre Wise and Kelvin White to support student-athletes in securing scholarship opportunities across all sports and advancing their educational and athletic pursuits in college. Recognizing the challenges young athletes face in the recruitment process, OVSEF aims to provide clarity and guidance to both athletes and their families.
TYGTAL Consulting, an extension of OVSEF, serves as a certified NCAA scouting service. It offers comprehensive consulting to student-athletes and their parents about the recruiting process, ensuring they are well-prepared for the next level. Through exposure events and personalized guidance, TYGTAL bridges the gap between talent and opportunity.
Together, OVSEF and TYGTAL have supported over 300 student-athletes in realizing their dreams of competing at the collegiate level, emphasizing the importance of education, mentorship, and sportsmanship.
Core Programs
L.Y.F. Academy (Leading Youth Forward)
Focuses on developing leadership skills in student-athletes, preparing them to be community leaders by analyzing their strengths, setting goals, and building self-confidence.
Educational Workshops
Our workshops cover a range of topics from academic planning and test preparation to financial literacy and mental health, ensuring a holistic development approach for our athletes.
